Are you grateful? One way to definitely increase your level of motivation is to be grateful. When you are grateful- truly grateful, you stop complaining and embrace the fact that you are fortunate.It's the polar opposite of complaining. What can you be grateful for?
Are you grateful for your health?I am 49 and take no medications. I have no health issues. I am so grateful for that.
Are you grateful for your loved ones? Your spouse and family?Do you tell them?
Are you grateful for where you live?There are countries that are not free.
Are you grateful you are able to make a living? Do you tell the company you work for?
Are you grateful you have a roof over your head and food to eat? Some people don't.
Are you grateful for the small things- a sunrise, trees, a laugh, a beach, a cat who makes you laugh?You may not notice them all, but they surround you.
Take out a piece of paper today and write down from your heart what you are grateful for. Find 20 things and write them down. Look at the list and reflect.You will never complain again, for you are very rich.
