Motivation: Happiness?

Are you fascinated by happiness? I am. I see so many people in the world who are unhappy. So what is the solution to unhappiness? There is an answer- there is lots of research going on about happiness. The research shows that part of your tendency to be happy or unhappy is genetic. (thank your parents!) The better news is the rest can be changed. The research is showing that the secret is to focus on our strengths (what we are good at) and not on our flaws. Test subjects in research projects showed remarkable changes when they concentrated on three activities for as much as six months: 1) Be grateful to someone for what they have done for you. 2) Every evening write down three good things that happened to you. 3) Take a Signature Strengths Questionnaire and then use one of your signature strengths every day.
