Get Motvated by Watching What You Watch

The news the last few days have been very sad with the shooting at Virginia Tech University. 33 people died senselessly for no reason other than the hate of one twisted young man. I mourn them.
There is however a very important point in all this related to motivation. If you chose to- tonight you could have watched 5- 6 hours of media coverage- ( and for the next week or more) including the video clips the young man produced before he died. This would make anyone down and depressed. Don't dwell on, watch and soak up the hours and hours of video and mayhem these kind of events bring onto TV.Get the story and move on. Turn it off. Do something positive. Run from this kind of toxic stuff.
In the equation negative + negative + time exposed = more negative thought and behavior. Don't load your mind with this horror film. Yes you can dwell on it like every one else- but you arent like everyone else are you?
Now:
Go for a run. Take a bike ride. Hug your children.Kiss somebody. Create a positive energy and action that negates this form of evil. You will thank me and so will your level of motivation.
