Get Moving to be Motivated!

This morning I woke up feeling a little under the weather- allergies a small cold- who knows? I was supposed to work out this morning and my body was trying to convince me to skip it...so I told my body no. I worked out. Why? I know if I didn't I would feel sluggish all day. So now- how do I feel? Better. More energy. Less under the weather. The lesson is that if you are feeling less than energetic- work out and you will improve how you feel physically. When you feel great physically- your mind and your motivation just cant help following right along! Try it!
